Jen is a Registered Nurse (RN) within the province of Ontario. Her practice is grounded in nursing, health sciences and education, however her work in palliative care has allowed her to encompass the spiritual realm.

Jen’s work begins when the soul is asking the body and mind for balance, harmony, and authenticity. Jen brings a deeply soul led and trauma informed approach to healing by integrating Western and Eastern healing practices and wisdom. She honours the body as a physical vessel and the soul as a guiding force, supporting patients through their journey by balancing care that is both evidenced informed and energetically attuned.

When working with Jen, she supports the unique transformations of each soul she works alongside. She draws on yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, new age healing modalities, sound healing and mind body connection to support individuals on their journey by supporting them to learn tools that assist to soften emotional tension, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner truth and authentic self. Her practice reflects a belief that healing unfolds not only through clinical intervention, but through presence, intuition, and the balance of energetic harmony.

Jen reminds individuals that they are the keeper of their own healing.
